Pool Assistant support

Help with pool setup, saved tests, weather estimates, and dose guidance.

Start with Pool Settings

Check the pool volume, finish, sanitizer, chemical products, and targets. Dose estimates depend on those values. A weather location is optional and can be left blank.

Missing or unexpected guidance

Pool Assistant only calculates a dose when it has the required pool settings, current reading, target, and product. Review those inputs first. For pH and alkalinity adjustments, follow the staged instructions and retest after circulation.

Weather estimates

Recent rainfall comes from weather services, not a gauge at your pool. If no location is saved or the service is unavailable, enter measured rainfall manually.

Saved data

Tests and pool settings are stored on the device and can sync through the private iCloud account on that device. Open History to edit or delete an individual test.

Email poolapp@teamvolt.org. Include the app version, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send a home address or other details that are not needed to reproduce the problem.

Safety

Pool Assistant provides estimates, not water testing or professional pool service. Follow chemical labels and equipment instructions. Do not mix chemicals, and store them as directed by the manufacturer.
